Trusted by programs across the country
Your players only learn what your coaches know.
Most high school assistants were never taught how to coach. They coach the way they were coached. Here's the difference training makes.
Without training
A high IQ coach
Position coach
Runs the drills he remembers from playing. Sees a kid get beat and can't tell him why.
Knows the teaching progression for his position, spots the technique error on film, and has the drill that fixes it.
Coordinator
Calls plays from memory and hopes the kids line up right against a look they haven't seen.
Knows the scheme's rules and adjustments, reads the opponent's tendencies, and has an answer ready for every look.
Head coach
Re-teaches every assistant every season, then does the rest of the work himself.
Leads a staff that teaches one system, so new coaches learn it fast and the program keeps its standard.
A smarter staff shows up on the scoreboard.
Experienced coaches are hard to find and the good ones often leave after a year. The coaches you already have can become high IQ coaches.
Untrained staff
Everyone coaches their own way
– Players hear different coaching points from different coaches
– Technique breaks down under pressure on Friday night
– Every new hire starts from zero
High IQ staff
Everyone teaches the same system
✓ Players get the same coaching points at every station
✓ Fundamentals hold up because they were taught in the right order
✓ New hires learn the system in weeks, not seasons
Training & tools that give your staff the edge in every game you play.
The education platform
Every coach goes from novice to expert at what they coach.
✓Teach it right the first time. Step-by-step video lessons show every coach what to teach from stance to game speed, so your players get the same technique no matter who is coaching them.
✓One scheme. One language. Every coach. Full installs give your whole staff the same language before the first practice.
✓Get your weekends back. Learn a repeatable process for breaking down film and building a call sheet, so Friday night feels prepared instead of rushed.
✓Fill your roster and keep it full. Proven ways to recruit the hallways, keep kids through the offseason and grow the numbers your program needs to compete.
✓Fund your program without your own wallet. Fundraising plans that have worked for real high school programs, so you can raise the money your team needs.
Example: your new OL coach watches the pass pro progression Sunday night and runs that exact period Monday.

The coaching tools
Save 5 hours a week practice planning & game planning.
Every drill, practice plan, scout card and call sheet lives in one place, connected to what your staff learned in the courses.
✓Your whole practice on one page. The practice planner lays out every period, time and position group on one page, so your whole staff knows where to be and what to run.
✓The right drill in seconds. Pull from a 250+ drill database tied to the courses and drop it straight into your practice plan.
✓Scout cards drawn for you. Scout cards are drawn for you from your Hudl data, so your scout team looks like Friday's opponent.
✓A call sheet built from real tendencies. The game planning tool reads your Hudl data and turns tendencies into a call sheet your coordinators can trust.
Example: your LB coach finishes the 4-2-5 run fit lesson, pulls the fit drill from the database, and drops it into Tuesday's practice plan.
Here's exactly what's inside.
The courses teach you how to coach your position, install your scheme, and run your program. The tools turn what you learned into the practice plan, the game plan, and the scout period.

A note from Chris
We were the staff trying to outwork a broken program.
When we took over our program, we never won more than 3 games a year and had 25 players on the roster.
So we did what most coaches do and tried to outwork the problem, spending longer nights watching film and filling notebooks at every clinic we could get to.
After another 3-8 season it was clear the problem wasn't the players. It was us. Our assistants had never been taught how to coach their position, and our week had no process.
So we fixed both. We taught every coach their position, and we built one planning process the whole staff could run.
Three league championships later, the roster is at 80.
vIQtory Pro is those courses and that process, built so your staff can use them.

Need Help Getting It Approved?
We can send an invoice, accept a PO, and send our W-9 the same day. If your AD wants to see what they're paying for, below is a one-page summary you can forward.
30
DAYS
Add your staff and build a week. If it doesn't save you time, you don't pay.
Start a position course, build one practice plan, load one opponent. If it hasn't made your week easier within 30 days, we refund you in full.
Before you join.
Who is this for?
−
High school football staffs. Head coaches buy it for the staff; coordinators and position coaches use it every week.
What's the difference between the courses and the tool?
−
The courses teach your coaches: positions, schemes, game planning, program building, fundraising. The tool is where you do the weekly work: practice plans, drills, game plans, and scout cards. One login covers both.
Does my whole staff get access?
−
Yes. Every coach you add is included, and you can add new hires whenever they join.
Can my school or booster club pay for it?
−
Yes, coach. A lot of our programs pay through the school or booster club. Just email [email protected] and we'll send an invoice, a W-9, and a one-pager for your AD.
Does it work with Hudl?
−
Yes. Export your data from Hudl and upload it. The game planning tool reads it to show you where to attack, and the scout cards are drawn from it.
We're in season. Is it too late to start?
−
No. Start with the tool: load this week's opponent and build Monday's practice plan. Your assistants can start their position courses right away or after the season.
How does the guarantee work?
−
Add your staff, start a course, build a practice plan. If it hasn't made your week easier within 30 days, email us and we refund you in full.
Give every coach on your staff the confidence to walk onto the field knowing exactly what to teach.
And give your staff the tool that builds the week, so the head coach isn't building it alone.
