Running the football is what allows teams to effectively control the clock. A poor running game or poor running back play will force you to throw the football consistently.

In order to become a dominant rusher, you need to have physical attributes like speed and power, as well as mental attributes like hole recognition and anticipation.

Creating A Dominant Running Back

In this course, we focus on building the running back from the top down. We've built modules for running backs to understand how to identify open gaps pre-snap, as well as how to perfectly cut off of lead blockers.

From a physical stand point, we teach you how to use stiff-arms, jump cuts and other moves can help you safely elude defenders.
