On this episode of the vIQtory podcast we are joined by Qwerkz Founder and former NFL defensive end, Corey Jackson.

At 19 years old, Corey was working at Wal-Mart. He bought a one way bus ticket to Texas where he wanted to play basketball at a school that he was not enrolled in and had never heard of him. Fast forward 4 years later and he was on the brink of making it in the NBA as an undersized Power Forward.

As if his story was not amazing enough, he decides to go to school for his 5th year to play football (for the first time in a decade) and his journey will ultimately take him to making the Browns roster. He would go on to win Defensive Player of the year in NFL Europe in the following season. After retiring from the NFL, Corey has continued to a walking success story with his entrepreneurial endeavors. His company, Qwerkz, connects current and former athletes with businesses.

Corey is truly a unique person with a tremendous story that he only continues to add onto. I highly recommend everyone connect with or follow Corey on his handles on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
